I am really looking forward to my embellishment workshop at John Lewis, Oxford Circus on the 19th of September. My assistant Aimee Hirst who also works part time at John Lewis has been experimenting with techniques which include swiss darning initials, cross stitching my Jack Russell  Smiffy’s face and a very on trend embroidered Navajo pattern.

The workshop fee is £5.00 and included in the price is a pattern for mittens for you to embellish just like ones above. The fee will be redeemable against Debbie Bliss products so you can buy the yarn and start your mittens at home. Aimee and I will be demonstrating cross stitch, Swiss darning and other embroidery techniques which you can practice during the workshop.

The workshops last for 45minutes and are staggered between

1-1.45,  2-2.45 and  3.45.
