We are met at Seattle airport by Cherry, the KFI rep who is an old friend. We go to the hotel where we have a suite which Cherry and her friend Elizabeth have transformed into a Bliss booth for the North West Market. Nell settles in.

On Monday we started our tour of stores. Before we left we popped into a Japanese Dollar Store in Seattle and packed the car with many cheap,but amazing purchases.

The first stop off on my tour is a visit to Close Knit , a small but perfect store in Portland where we had a very warm welcome from Sally and her staff.

On Tuesday we visited Seattle Yarns run buy mother and daughter team Virginia and Ruth. I was delighted to see that Ruth was wearing the Milano cover jacket from the A/W 2013 issue of the DB mag.
Nell was shown a copy of my first tweed collection starring a pouty 14 year old she recognised!
Rep Cherry was the perfect model for my Milano garments from my Milano Chic collection at Pacific Fabrics and Crafts in Bellevue.

Our last stop on the tour was Wild Fibers store in xxxx and what a way to end it! The mother of store owner Sarah is a Brit too, and greeted us with cucumber sandwiches and jam tarts. Bliss!
