We had a magical family wedding last autumn when my daughter, Nell, married her fiancée Tim in a small but perfect castle in Tuscany.
The ceremony was in October, so Nell wanted to make sure the flower girls weren’t too chilly and we came up with this shrug for them in my new Spring/ Summer yarn, Sita. A beautiful blend of Mulberry Silk and Mako Cotton.
It was the perfect cover up, in fact Freya, one of Nell’s flower girls, insisted on sleeping in it and wearing it the next day!
The flower girl shrug pattern is now a free pattern available download from my website. It is called Nell’s Belles of course!
